Direct Care Staff logging into the system see a minimal view allowing them to quickly:

  • View their work schedule and the schedule of any site where they are scheduled to work.

  • View shift notes left by previous shifts working at any site where they are scheduled to work.

  • View service objectives and strategies defined by their supervisor.

  • Mark objectives completed and record service notes, complete with an electronic signature and time stamp.

  • Sign off on time worked and report mileage, providing documentation for billing and payroll.

  • View their PTO balances and certification expiration dates.

  • View and edit employee and remote site schedules.

  • Create custom service plans with defined objectives and strategies to be used by direct care staff on site.

  • Approve time worked by employees to be processed by audit/payroll/billing departments.

  • Assemble progress reports summarizing employee notes and objective completion over time.

 
 

Administrators logging into the system see a full view allowing them to:
